3) Contact & Reservation Inquiries
You can contact us by email or phone. We process the data you provide (e.g., name, contact details, content of inquiry) to handle your inquiry or reservation (Art. 6 para. 1 b GDPR). Storage duration: until completion of the inquiry, longer in accordance with legal retention periods.
4) Communication via Messenger (Click-to-Chat)
On the website, we offer buttons/links that start a conversation in external services after your click. No data transmission to these providers takes place before your click.

The tel: link only opens your phone app; data transmission to third parties only occurs with the actual call through your telecommunications provider. No call recording takes place.
This may involve transfers to the USA. Meta relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses. Please refer to Meta's privacy notices for details.

7) Web Fonts (Google Fonts catalog, local)
Fonts from the Google Fonts catalog are delivered locally from our server. When accessing our pages, no connection to Google servers is established. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 f GDPR.
8) Website Analytics (Vercel Analytics)
We use Vercel Analytics to measure the usage of our website without cookies. Data collected includes page views, referrer, approximate region/country, device type/browser, and timestamps. Analysis is performed in aggregate; no personal profiles are created. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (website optimization). Recipients/Data Processing: Vercel Inc. (USA). Data transfer to the USA may occur; appropriate safeguards exist (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses / EU-US DPF). We do not transmit content that directly identifies you.
