A Mojito is the perfect drink for warm evenings by Lake Constance. At our bar in Radolfzell we serve it the classic way, fresh and crisp. White rum, juicy lime, aromatic mint, cane sugar and soda make it light and refreshing. That makes it ideal for a relaxed evening with friends.
For our Mojito we use 4 cl of white rum, fresh lime, mint, cane sugar and soda. Lime and sugar are muddled in the glass before we add mint, ice and soda. The result is fresh, sparkling and balanced.

Piña Colada: holiday in a glass, classic or with strawberry
A Piña Colada tastes like a holiday: creamy, tropical and pleasantly sweet. At our bar in Radolfzell we serve it two ways: as the classic with coconut and pineapple, and as a fruity Strawberry Piña Colada. A taste of the Caribbean by Lake Constance, just the way you like it.
The classic Piña Colada is made with 6 cl of white rum, coconut syrup, pineapple juice and a dash of cream. It is shaken hard with ice until it develops a silky texture. The Strawberry Piña Colada is mixed with 4 cl of Malibu, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, strawberry syrup and cream. Creamy coconut meets fruity strawberry.
Both are served creamy and ice-cold in a textured glass, the strawberry version topped with fresh strawberries. They are best enjoyed outside under our canopy of lights. Our Strawberry Mojito is made with lime, cane sugar, fresh mint, strawberry syrup and soda. The lime is muddled with sugar before we add mint, strawberry syrup, crushed ice and soda. That keeps it fruity but never too sweet.

Espresso Martini: where coffee meets cocktail
Our insider tip for later in the evening is the Espresso Martini. Creamy foam, strong coffee and a smooth vodka kick make it the perfect drink when you want to stay a while longer. At our bar in Radolfzell we shake it fresh with real espresso.
Our Espresso Martini is made with 5 cl of vodka, 4 cl of Kahlúa, a cold-pressed espresso and a dash of sugar syrup. Everything is shaken hard with ice until that signature velvety foam forms. Coffee, coffee liqueur and vodka create a strong but balanced flavour.
